Technological process of sewage treatment

Flame temperature of natural gas can be up to 1000℃--3000℃ under different combustion-supporting conditions. Upon flame contacting with water, organic pollutant burns and is decomposed, and then water will become vapor. The heat produced in the process of evaporation, combustion and decomposition is absorbed by surrounding water, making the sewage evaporate. The secondary vapor is transmitted to preheater by Roots blower to heat the raw sewage to be treated. The vapor will cool down and become condensate water after heat transfer, and enter the condensate water tank for collection and use;
The sewage being heated by heat exchanger will enter the separating chamber, then the vapor and liquid will separate; secondary vapor being separated will enter the heat exchanger after being heated by vapor compressor to heat the circulating liquid in separating chamber; secondary vapor will become condensate water after heat transfer, and then will enter into the condensate water tank for collection and use.
Some vapor separated in the separating chamber can be resent to the workshop for use after being extracted and pressed by another vapor compressor.
